Can't wait to see the real thing. I know you are excited and dare I say somewhat elated about seeing your name in print and your work recognized in such a distinguished publication. I don't think it really matters about the full or initialed form of your name - just so your name is there!
Amen to great work! You don't really have to be so self-efacing! You could, for example, say, "Hey, I did it again!" I loved the fact that your work is recognized for excellence. Now, on another note, if your picture was taken in your office, you really need to hang the "Weapons of Moroland" on the wall....
"I am grown at length to see into the vanity of the world more than ever I did, and now I condemn myself for nothing so much as playing the dolt in print . . . . There is nothing that if a man list he may not wrest or pervert. I cannot forbid any to think villainously, Sed caveat emptor, let the interpreter beware; for none ever heard me make allegories of an idle text."
